Apple unveils iOS 7

Apple lnc. has announced its new mobile operating system iOS 7. It will be released in the fall of 2013. Flat design is very prominent in iOS 7 — everything from the buttons to the switches to the chrome surrounding apps has been modernized and flattened.

Improvements:

• iOS 7 will be having better typography.

• New flatter icons.

• New layering.

• Redesigned user interface.

•  Slimmer fonts.

• New slide-to-unlock function.

• New control panel that slides up from the bottom of the screen for frequently accessed settings.
